I want the the No Sales Tax" logo to flash a blue color, etc. For example, with the previous logo that you sent me. There is a blue trim on the edge of the words "No Sales Tax," and the color of the inner portion is White. I want the white portion to flash the blue color. Just like the Christmas lights flashing the colors - red, yellow, etc. Let me know if you have further questions.
