Bring advertisers and publishers to CPA Company

I am in the process of setting up a new CPA company. I'm looking for someone to market it to both advertisers and publishers to get them to use my company rather than PeerFly or MaxBounty or any other CPA company.

I need advertisers that will let me post their ads to my site and I need publishers that will promote those ads.

This is a part-time, contract project.

Please let me know what you can do for me to help me get started.
