H1 tags, anchor text and other basic design

Hi, I have a volusion ecommerce store and need some help with H1 tags, placing anchor text and some minor custom design. For instance I have my "follow us on twitter" button that I would like moved a little on my homepage. I would also like a sitemap to be visible for users. I currently have created a sitemap myself and submitted it to google. Also, open to suggestions for link building (not buying links) and any other keyword placement that might be recommended.
