Set-Up Stripe Embedded Check-Out Form

I'm using a cloud-based proposal application which allows the embedding of code (via a 'Source' tab) into the actual proposals.

I have a simple credit card authorization form in PDF format which collects:

- Basic Info (name, company, phone number, email etc)

- Credit card info

- Digital signature

I would like to create a digital version of this form to then embed inside my proposal application.

This form needs to be integrated with Stripe so that upon submission, a "new customer" is created in Stripe with the ability to then charge that credit card later, using the "create a charge" object in Stripe (this can be embedded via an i-frame)

The actual embedded form itself will have two elements:

(1) An embedded wufoo form to collect the basic info

(2) An i-frame to embed the Stripe checkout

I will give you a PDF version of the actual form and access to wufoo, Stripe and my proposal application. You then just need to emulate the form there making sure that:

(a) the basic info is parsed into wufoo via the form embed

(b) relevant credit card info is parsed into Stripe via an i-frame with a “new customer” being created

(c) I can then enter the relevant values at a later date to “create a charge” for this customer
