Mobile optimisation of ONE simple HTML page

It is a very simple project for a frontend developer.
I have only ONE simple page of my graphic design portfolio. It has the following elements:
1. Logo
2. Text with links
3. Video clip with my work.
There is no backend programming need, no cms, php or whatever. Just HTML, CSS and a maybe a little JS.
There is already a page done in html & css, which works on desktop computers (bigger screens). I will deliver 1) this page in html and 2) a graphic design for the mobile view of the same page
I haven't tested that on Windows. So, you will need to test it there and provide me screenshots.
I need the optimisation of that one page for the following devices:
- Tablets (landscape & portrait mode)
- Mobile Phones (big and small iphone, landscape & portrait mode)
The behaviour has to be responsive, the elements should float. So, you must be good at breakpoints, jquery, responsive design.
It has to be finished until the monday 18 o'clock (Central European Time)
