HTML/Java Pie Chart using AmCharts

Hello,
I am using a SCADA software that supports the use of "HTML Widgets". When I create a "HTML Widget" from my application, there is a .HTML file and a .js file generated. I need to modify these two files to show a Pie Chart from AmCharts. Everything should be copy and paste, I just don't fully understand Java and HTML.
My SCADA software uses the .Js file to pass variables from my application to the "HTML Widget". I can provide documentation on how this works.
