Drag Image to size using touch

I have an image attached, what i need is for this or an image similar (can just be an outline or silhouette) to be scaled using touch gestures for example. In the image you will see three areas identified by blue lines, i want a user to be able to drag the area by the blue lines and increase its size.
so that it can be scaled up or down, i want this action to work for the three areas identified. I want a default measurement for each in cm's and then as the image is stretched r shrunk i want that default size to either increase or decrease.
The concept is that users can expand an image to represent the shape of their body and to show their measurements for these areas.
I am not sure the best way to do this and so i have picked the skills that i think are appropriate, but that is just a guess.
