I’m looking for a Wordpress developer to implement a database

On the site only the first row should be visible with for each item a pulldown menu like in the first row of the database.
The database can be in any spreadsheet that I can acess easily, I would prefer Google Spreadsheet.
Could you give me an idea of how much this would cost to set it up?
