Build a web and iOS application similar to WhatsApp or Telegram. We have a defined a user story that we would like to get estimated. Along with the user story we have a general UI mocked up and also have the use cases developed. We would like this to be a cloud based application with AWS backend. For the front end, we would prefer JS, but HTML 5 will also be okay. We would also like an iOS app that will be another form of the client for users.
