zencart bookstore with easy populate

I would like a responsive template zen cart 1.5 web shop with easy populate it will be for an online second hand bookstore, You will have to set up 2 or 3 dummy products to test I will generate a csv file from readerware to excel to import, the payment will be in stages [url removed, login to view] up store [url removed, login to view] products [url removed, login to view] easy populate, If I am happy I will pay for successful completion of every stage, there is a 3 week deadline 1 week for each stage.
It must be done using zencart 1.5 or higher and with easy populate set up. I do not want a generic html php site. Only people who understand and have used zen cart will be considered.
