Remove the two buttons and add a button that has the name Check Form. That button does as follow:
a. When you fill the form with information, a click on the button will:
i. Show a pop-up screen containing the names and sections of the group members, each in separate line.
ii. When the user clicks the OK button the pop-up screen is dismissed and data that the user has entered in the form will show in another pop-up screen nicely organized.
iii. The user clicks the OK or Cancel button to dismiss the pop-up screen.
I have the code for the above ,but i am not getting the pop up screen . Please anyone help me regarding this , i have only 4 hrs of the time.
