Logging of xmlhttprequest in chrome extension

Im using this chrome extension "extended devtools" template: [login to view URL]

Using this template I would like you to make it possible for the devtool to show all the xmlhttprequest of the current page. Just as you would see if you would open the chrome inspector network tab(XHR).

There is a file called panel.html. This is what you would see in the devtool if you install the template. The xhr log should be placed in there as a normal html list. I would prefer jquery to plain javascript wherever this is needed. This is the URL on devtools extension: [login to view URL]

If you know what you are doing (eg experience in creating extensions) then this shouldn't take more than a few hours. So basically "listen for XHR request and log them to the devtool extensions".
