Need someone to review code on 1 page site that I built from scratch

I just built a 3 column CSS/HTML website. It is one page. I need someone to review my layout and code, and do the following:
1) Clean up any errors or issues you may find (My nav column seems to have a slight problem.)
2) Get rid of any duplicate/overlapping tags in my CSS code that may interfere with one another.
2) Help me add a background (My main content is NOT transparent and I do not want it to be - I seem to be having a problem with this.)
The site is only 1 page and I really need someone who is an EXCELLENT CSS/HTML coder and can spot mistakes and help me neaten up/fix my layout code and fix my nav column and background issue.
Please note: This site has a left nav, a center content section and a right nav. HOWEVER, in the code itself, the center content comes first, followed by the left and right navs. Please only bid if you are confident you understand how this works and can work around it.
