Turn Image into Vector Art

FIRST: I need this ASAP. {Today, if at all possible.}. This project is pretty straightforward. Please do not bid if you cannot complete the job immediately.
I want to use the basis of the attached image to create a vector illustration. I can send a higher res image (600dpi) , if needed.
Things to note:
- ,ai/eps vector artwork. We work in CS3, just FYI.
- Black and White ionly
- Please put honeycomb pattern in one layer. If you can make it a repeatable pattern til {to add the the swatches in Illustrator} that would be ideal.
- The artwork shows only a piece of each floral image. Please FINISH each of the floral images to make them a complete, full image. We want to be able to use the floral images as whole images by temselves...or layered over the honeycomb pattern.
- Please put the pieces of the image into their own, labeled layers...so that we can easily alter colors, remove pieces of the image, etc.
