I need some Graphic Design

Hello there,
I need a vector (whatever format) and bitmap (*. psd file) graphic at high resolution (at least 300 dpi, printable resolution) as per instructions below.
Suggested design:
- white or transparent background,
- the inner circle will be white-purple/lila color, gradient, it will have a bigger red dot in the center,
- the next circle will be bluish and greenish color, gradient,
- the next will be orange-yellowish color, gradient,
- the "triangles" seen in the attached file can be different shape, use your imagination, just make it lovely,
- the green stuff seen in the attached design, well, create something better,
- please add the "legend" for the used colors, so users will be able to understand what the colors represent,
- text can be added to the design easily by me latter on.

What does the design represent?
I think this might help:
the inner circle (red dot and white) is our consciousness, the purple/lila are our potentials or needs (as per NVC), the bluish-greenish circle are our emotions, the the orange-yellowish circle are our thoughts and the triangles are our negative projections about everything including ourselves.
The green stuff are the actions and strategies we employ in life.
I invite experienced designers with creative imagination. The new design has to show colors as stated above, everything else is up to you and your creativity.
