I need some Graphic Design

We prepare documents/reports for insurance companies. These documents contain details of insurance policies and general information.
The problem we have is that the ones we use are not user friendly. The boxes keep slipping, the layout looks awful [login to view URL] are Word documents.
These documents have a front page, introduction, some technical jargon, and individual pages that cover each level of insurance. For example we have pages for Public Liability Insurance, Employers Liability, Marine, Computer, Business Interruption, property damage etc.
Having just launched a new website, and being active on Twitter and Instagram I'm keen to improve the style and ease of use.
Ideally these would have fixed boxes we can fill in, and the ability to have a drop down menu. Each insurance policy is different and has different clauses, wordings etc to be added.
