I require a simple, 6 page web site to be built which consumers will access to help them with financial difficulty.
The content of the pages are based on an industry standard format for capturing income and expenditure called the SFS which contains approx. 120 fields
The home page needs to be clean and advice based therefore branding and messaging will be key and it cannot look cluttered or cheap. I will push images and messages to the developer.
The site is consumer facing so it needs to be clean, easy to use and importantly secure.
The site needs to be device agnostic to be used on mobile, tablet as well as desktop/laptop.
The site will contain personal details so it will require a consent form too for 3rd parties to access their data.
I will be hosting it on the amazon cloud initially
The consumer enters data which is then summarised in a final page which can then be sent in the form of raw data or as a pdf to banks, finance houses and debt advice agencies.
A full audit trail is required too so I can see who entered what and when
A reminder solution is required to help the consumer complete the form, this will be delivered by sms or email
The site requires the ability for the consumer to see messages from 3rd parties, so they can log in and retrieve and also send messages from within it
A future development will be to conect with a debt advisor via web chat or facetime
The solution requires a 3 factor identification for sign on purposes (name, post code, dob)
The solution will require a document upload facility and the ability to do OCR for photographic capture of documents and identification
The site requires the ability to pull in data from a 3rd party too via API.
I require this built within 3 months as I will be launching in late 2016.
I will require this to be built only in English but future plans will require further languages
