Magento: I need a static block's design altered.

Hi,
For a webshop of mine I am using the Ultimo magento theme. (You can find a demo of it here: [login to view URL]).
I need a small portion of the website edited; i'd like the width of one of the static blocks in the footer to be twice as large. I've added an illustration as a .png to this post.
I need a job well done and don't figure it to be too difficult, if everything turns out good more work can be expected. If you have any inquiries please let me know.
