Pulse Digital Marketing agency in Paraguay looking for a Graphic Designer to establish a long-term business relationship with.

We are a two-member team Solopreneur Marketing company searching for the right indivdual who has the commitment, skill-set and the work ethic to make the most of this opportunity.

Someone who makes a personal commitment to giving top-quality content and consistent performance, that´s what we are looking for. We are not looking for temporary workers or job-to-job bouncers. We are getting started at our Project and we are preparing to grow.

Pulse Digital Marketing it´s in the training and assemblement phase of an outsourced work team on this platform. It is important that you are willing to work in a coordinated manner with other individuals who are responsible for functions related to yours.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer for content creation en photo edition in digital media: social media, websites, etc. A creative person with previous experience in similar jobs and basic knowledge to adapt to workflow systems is required.

We need someone who has a flexible work schedule (early birds, night owls and everything in between). The time zone in Paraguay is GMT-3, so please consider this information in order to establish an eficient communication flow.

We will work by setting a schedule of weekly activities based on the fulfillment of certain objectives.

Among your main functions, you will find:

• Creation of graphic content in general: images and GIF´s in the body of social media posting, flyers , infographics, etc.

• Photography post production.

• Logo creation and optimization

• Creation/optimization of profile pics, thumbnails, biography (Facebook)

Fluent english required. Our clients are established in Paraguay, a country in Latin America. For this reason, we prefer someone who understands spanish, but this isn´t completely necessary.

This is an initial audition. I will be selecting 3 candidates for rotating jobs and assigning tasks to each one for each client we get. The quality of your work will be monitored in certain phases using a milestone system.

We prioritize, over any quality of work realted skills you may have, two values:

1. Integrity: You are a goof fit if you can be honest with myself and your fellow teammates. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you won´t be able to hit a deadline, we ask of you to tell us with enough anticipation so we can ask someone else to finish the job (or finish it ourselves).

2. Commitment: We need to differentiate one-time freelancers from long-term Project workers. I´m looking for someone searching for a long term relationship with the expectations that this could become full time. If you are looking for just a few weeks of work, this probably isn´t for you.
