Design a spec/data sheet template for our products

We would like to improve the looks of our product specification sheets (also known as data sheets I believe.) We don't have all the materials (such as product images) ready yet. That's why we need the template to be easily edible and adjustable. We can fill in and update the data by ourselves. We make industrial/commercial products and we mainly serve electronics manufacturers. The spec sheets should be easy to read while looking modern and professional. We welcome suggestions from design professionals.
Update: We are a startup company based in Los Angeles, California. At this time, we only serve the US market. We are looking to expand to other countries in North America, such as Mexico and Canada. Therefore, the design should be tailored to the USA market.

Update 2: Here are some examples of the information/data we need to incorporate into the template in the future. Since we have many different products, the template should be flexible enough to accept different kinds of information/data we would like to fill in.
