Design (and possibly implement frontend) for a new estate website

I need a design for a new website, and possibly also someone to implement frontend, I will make backend my self.
I will be needing various pages, below are the requirements.
General requirements to website:
Must have a top navigation on all pages, possibly breadcrumbs. No footer.
Frontpage:
Needs a top navigation, a full-sized background image, title of the company and possibility for 2 call-to-action buttons.
Cases:
I need a page with a list of cases, each case should have an image thumbnail, title, short description.
In the beginning we will only have 2 cases, but it should expand to 10+.
Case:
A page where I can showcase an individual case. Case will consist of a title, short description, an image of the project and a lot of text.
Employees:
A page with a list of employees, each employee needs to have an Image, a job title, name, and the possiblity to add a phone number and email.
Contact us:
A page with a delicious contact form, fields should include Name, Email, Subject and Enquiry (text area)
Landing page:
A general page for various text-based content
Technical Requirements (for frontend):
Project must be submitted with html / scss / js and compiled using either Grunt or Gulp (pref).
Another plus would be if the project is using bootstrap 4 framework or foundation 6.
The goal of the website is to get potential business partners to get interested in the business and check out our previous cases, so animations and whatever bling you can think of is a plus.
