Long-term business proposal for print on demand designer
Target
To produce 50 print on demand designs per day. And therefore 1500 designs per month.
Each hour, the designer will have to produce about 10 designs to reach 50 designs per day. This means that 1 design must be created every 6 minutes, so this job is not for everyone but only for experienced people.
List of expected tasks
- Creation of designs, To do this, the platform [login to view URL] can assist you, thank you to look at this platform because it can be an interesting tool but the designs must be original and must be totally unique
- Rename the designs according to the name of the deisgn and not just number them from 1 to 50. (More information will be given if your profile is successful)
- Sorting the designs by colour and also by audience (male or female)
Profile required
I am looking for someone who is motivated and has skills in these areas :
- Graphic design
- Print on demand
- Photoshop
- A good level in english to avoid doing only Google translation.
If you have already done print on demand it is even better. The qualities expected are :
- Conscientious in your work, you must be concerned and focused on the project. The tasks are not difficult but they do require a minimum of concentration. This is the main quality to have, if you don’t feel conscientious in the work, please don’t answer me as it is an important criterion.
- Creative. This is t-shirt design, so you will be judged on your creative and artistic performance. That’s why you also need to know Photoshop or other graphic design software. You will have the freedom to create the designs you want within a guideline and a theme.
- Autonomous. You should be able to create designs every day
Type of partnership
This is a long-term partnership. I plan to start with 6 months and then see if the collaboration will last but it is a full time job.
Remuneration
The remuneration is 300$ per month for the 1500 designs. This is equivalent to $0.2 per design.
The hourly rate is 2$, it can increase if the work is of good quality.
