customize a word press tailor shirt website

i have a word press website with a woo commerce plugin for a tailor store already installed. i need someone with word press experience and illustration experience to finish designing my website. the person should have common sense and not just follow orders blindly. if they see a problem with the website, they should point that out to me instead of just pretending it doesnt exist. they should visit other tailor shirt sites like [login to view URL] and go through the whole process of ordering a shirt to see what a logical tailoring website looks like and how it functions. and then make suggestions about how to improve my site. currently i need minor changes (eg. posting and editing photos, adding text, etc, and adding certain features in the "design shirt" function that are missing such as "Long sleeve or short sleeve", "Pockets-one or 2, etc.),plus more complex things, e.g., i have it set up for mens shirts, but i want womens shirts also.
