Create print ready files out of Artwork files

I am switching my clothing company to a new printer and I need all of my print files updated to the new printers template.
The job will be taking the artwork (around 24 files), put them into the template, name them as shown(the name then needs to be mirrored), crop it, save it as a high quality .jpg and then re sizing the artwork down to the other sizes. 3 files saved per design. One for S/M, one for M/L and one for XL/2XL. Use the larger size for the two, for example use XL template for saving the L/XL file
The placement of the artwork inside the template must also match the shirt mockups on our website, timelesscreations.us.
After finishing a design you can upload to my google drive for approval. There are around 24 designs and templates for Men's T's, Women's T's, and tank top. Possibly more work in the future.
TO BE CLEAR: 24 art files X 3 types of garment X 3 Sizes per Garment = 216 completed files to deliver. This is basically busy work I do not have time to do,
If it is done right there will be more work to come. Also I should note another freelancer wasted a week of my time, so this wasn't rushed, but now time is of the essence.
Attached is an example of the artwork and the end product you will create. You will take the artwork and turn it into these templates. Thank you very much.
