I want to make a website like [login to view URL] in Azerbaijan. I want to collect consumer complaints and provide solution by contacting them with manufacturers or service providers. Every user (consumer) and every companies will create their own profile. When any user enters his/her complain about a company, we need to verify by sending SMS Code. Then the text will be checked whether it is ok to publish or not. Then we will publish it in website and we will contact with the company to let them know about the complain. We will give the company representative a login and password in order to answer to the complaints text and solve the problem. After solution provided, consumer will rate the company.
We will provide statistics for the companies, and they will able to see the competitors statistics also. After 6 month companies will pay annually online.
Users will have a permission to see the ranking for any category. For example they will search for best internet providers.
Because we are just a startup we will pay monthly. There should be milestones. If everything goes well, we will work for years together.
