Build a Photography Website With Shopping Cart

I would like a new website to be made for a photography & videography business. Domain has already been purchased through GoDaddy which will host the website as well.
1) The content should be designed such that future SEO can be done properly.
2) I would like a section on the site where I can sell digital images.
3) If you already have word press themes, let's go over them and discuss. Or suggest me a few very relevant templates and I can purchase that.
4) Under the contact section of the website, I would like a detailed form where clients can fill out details of their inquiry and an automatic email is sent to them as auto reply.
5) Needless to say, the website has to run fluently on smartphnes as well and There has to be a Call Now button because a lot of people use their phones to view and then call.
6) Social media links to my facebook and IG have to be on the website as well please. I once saw a websie (have since missed the website address) where with scrolling up/down the images, the social media icons floated with the scrolling. It doesn't have to be like that but the point I am trying to make is that it should be easy to visit facebook page or IG page
