Scope of project. Need to create new concepts and design for an outdoor lounge. Looking for a good designer that has a good eye and is very knowledgeable with 3-D animation. This lounge is for nightlife entertainment so I would like the designer to have some experience to nightlife exposure. For example have gone to a nightclub or ultra lounge before.

Having some experience in the nightlife and ultra lounge, designer will know what I am expecting and looking for in this new project. I would like the designer also be able to speak English.

I have a budget of $100 on this project but I am expecting an amazing job. Only bid if you meet the requirements I have asked.
