I need a website that only I would use. I need it be password protected.

I like to store information for candidates, etc.

I have about 10 or so fields, needed.

Need to have the ability to change my password and also have it emailed to me in case I forget it.

Need to be able to search through the data and also be able to export it in Excel as well.

Should be done in PHP/MySQL

My budget for this is $70 as should be fairly straightforward
