We are looking to convert the design of our landing page to a website.

The Work includes:
1. Conversion of the Excella fonetic logo to web font.
2. Converting the psd files to efficient loading css, html5, javascript files.
3. keeps the slider functionality of the listed slider pages, to change texts/images as in the pages
4. The design shall be responsive in a sense that when opening from desktop/tablet/phone the site would load in the appropriate resolution for the screen without scrolling right/left.
5. the implementation does not include any server side loading of images or file uploading or server side email sending etc.

Kindly provide an optional quote if possible for the following functionality:
A. User registration functionality (The "Want to be the next excella girl" section in the bottom):
1. image upload from desktop disk drive or mobile phone storage or mobile phone camera.
2. save image after normalizing image resolution to a standard one on disk/db, create thumbnail.
3. return thumbnail to user.
4. enable removal of images/thumbnail and the appropriate deletion from db.
5. send administrator email with information about new user image upload with thumbnails in link.
You may suggest to slightly change the buttons of the form, for instance clicking the upload picture can instantiate the browse process and hide the browse button, we are open minded on the suggested workflow, however this shall be agreed before proceeding to implementation.
