I currently have a website that was designed using wordpress. The foundation is there but i need more.

Some background on my site.
Now the site I have comprises of over 200 pages and is just combersome to maintain. I need a simpler way to input how much a product would be. The best idea I have is if there is a table like an excel sheet. Then when i person clicks, iPhone 4s, 32GB, Good - then there is some code that retrieves what value that is in a table. Thats my idea if someone has a better idea go for it. At the moment it works that i have to go into each product, the size, the condition - to which there is 4 for each product and then update the price.
After a user has chosen all this a grid comes up to which a person has to click on the things he chose - this should be automatic, in fact not at all. Once they click get offer - an email should be send to me about there criteria chosen.
Basically go to [url removed, login to view] see that process, and I want something similar.

The user can then confirm it and an email is send to me with there details.
I just want an easier way to input the prices that to actually go over 200 pages worth of stuff.
Is it possible with wordpress.
