Arabic Home page text change

Hello,
I need a designer to make some text changes to a psd or illustrator file that I will provide for the following website home page:

Basically, as you can see, for some reason that we could not figure out yet, the Arabic html text is not displaying properly on the main navigation bar and some other sections. What we need is somebody (Arabic speaker) that takes the Illustrator or Photoshop file that we will provide and fix the Arabic text to display properly. Then we will slice the updated psd to use “text images” for this Arabic text version instead of “html text”.
In other words, we will provide you the final home page design (Illustrato or photoshop) and the designer will be responsible for typing the correct Arabic text that we will provide then he/she will provide the updated layered PSD.
Arabic speaker is necessary.
I now this only takes one hour the most so please bid accordingly.
