I need a 9 x 6 flyer/post card designed. The message:
River North office space Rental Rates are at Historic High's. A chart showing rental rate increases will be sent to designer to incorporate into the overall design.
Contact us if your lease expires in the next 24 months, your company is growing or downsizing, you are interested in expert advice and market data on the River north office market.
The flyer needs to be witty and will be sent to company's that have office space in the River North area in Chicago. The purpose of the flyer is to have these companies contact my real estate company so we can help them find new space, renegotiate their existing lease, or simply offer them sound market advice. I need something fairly simple and straight forward. This will be one of three flyers. So there is an opportuntiy for more work.
