Car Auction site ( customer , dealers , and admin panles

I am looking for a skilled freelancer proficient in ASP.NET, C#, Javascript and SQL Server to lead and complete a Car Auction site with customer(sellers ), dealer (buyers ), and admin panels. The ideal candidate should have experience in building similar platforms and possess the necessary skills to meet the following project requirements:
We already have completed most of the project but speed is slow and pictures sections ( need to add frames ) , also need to integrate Google maps api so can determine the distance of the car from buyer.
Customer Panel:
- Get car valuation (completed)
- Provide vehicle details (completed)
- Capture photos of the vehicle (need to add some features in this section only)
Dealer Access:
- Should be able to place an offer on vehicle
- Google map integration(this needs to be done)
- billing system
- Access to analytics
Admin Controls:
- Advanced level controls
- View and manage listings
- Manage dealers
- Access to reports and analytics
The chosen freelancer should be proficient in developing user-friendly interfaces and have a strong understanding of auction site functionalities. Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to deliver a secure and reliable platform are crucial for this project.
You need to lead team and get this completed and help them where they get stuck.
We do need to complete 2 apps ( seller and buyers ) in next few months , if you got experience in that , it will be helpful in future.
