Chrome Extension Marketing Expert needed

We seek for an expert who successfully marketed several Chrome Browser Extensions yet.
- That means a person who managed to scale the install-base of an extension significantly from zero to thousands or from existing thousands of users to min. 50k+ avtive users.
- The candidate should develop a straightforward marketing strategy and action plan based on successful chrome extension marketing activities in the past. We are curious about new proven strategies.
- As we have several extensions this project will lead to several additional projects to market our current and future extensions.
Note:
- we really search for an experienced Chrome Extension Marketing Expert.
- Either for his/her own extension(s) or as service for other companie´s sucessfully marketetd extensions
- We are not seeking just a marketing expert, who did e.g. smartphone app store marketing.
- Firefox Plugin marketing could be ok, but there should be a past project with Chrome extensions, too.
