I am looking for someone who can do it all. This project I'm posting is very very complex and some really in-depth tech stuff. Very little amount of people can do this and I'm looking for someone who is crafty, reliable and responsible. I need someone who can do very very complex web development, great web design/layout, editing and watermarking photos/videos, being an admin, IP configuration/networking, port forwarding, flash encoding (zoom in feature for live streaming as well as pictures), adding security, and possibly installing IP cameras. If you live in the NYC/NJ area that would be perfect. Also, this would be long term so the pay won't be by the hour but it would still be good pay.
