Install our .swf animation to our website

We've created a .swf animation and simply need you to implement our .swf beside our logo. See here:

HTML5 would be ideal but not necessary. We've used Swiffy ([url removed, login to view]) in the past for a free conversion of .swf to HTML5 but are unsure how to input it into this webpage.
We've tried implementing the video ourselves but get an opaque background.
The screenshot entitled "screenshot" is what was happening when we implemented it ourselves.
The screenshot entitled "complete" is what we want it to look like.
Below are the urls for the animation:

Dimensions for the animation should be 100x100 and left of the Earthco logo.
We've can provide our original FLA file if necessary. We tried to optimize it for the web (1024KB or less)
We need the background of the animation to be transparent
