graphic design improvements for site

We have a health and fitness web site that also has community features and type sections. We have a massive database that is being built by our PHP programmers but we need help with some graphic design improvements to the site.

Some points of interest about what we need and about the site:

* We do not need alot of flash right now to be done. Although we are not against it if the site should need it or it would make it look better. But right now it is not a concern at all

* The site has the main "Platform" already in place. The "walls" if you will are already set up to how the site will look, we just need some more "eye-pleasing", high resolution additions to make things look better.

* the sites that are of the quality we need. [url removed, login to view] is a site that we have some similar characteristics of. So if you are able to work up to this quality please apply for this.

Can you design to this quality?

~~ !! Basically, we are NOT looking for crazy, hours of pain-staking graphic work that is gonna be super complex, BUT we do need things that look professional and we do not and will not wanting people who are not able to deliever that quality if we should need that quality.

ALSO`!! we are looking to form a long-lasting relationship with a good graphic designer/firm so there will be PLENTY of more work in the future as well. BUT professionalism and GREAT work are a must!

But we do want a long relationship with the right person/s. We treat everyone that works with us like family and with the upmost respect and understanding...

Also, the pricing of the project is up for different pricing depending on the complexity of what we need as well as future additions. We just posted a general $$ amount.
