900 Fans / Likes for a Facebook fan page

I am in need of 900 fans. I need them added to my facebook business fanpage. Please add 50 fans first in 3 days and then I will create a username for my facebook page and then you will add the other 850 fans. I do not want any illegal activities, the fans must be acquired through legitimate legal means that also abide by Facebook's TOS (terms).
The added Fans must meet these requirements:
* All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon - NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM!
* Around 700 fans must be from these nations: USA, CA, UK, AU and around 150 from European countries and 50 from other countries.
* 75 % of fans must be men aged between 18 to 45, the others can be women or men in other age brackets
* All fans must have 20+ friends and a minimum of 2 photos, some fans must have 500+ friends
* All fans must have accessed their account in the past week
* If my page get banned for too fast friend adding you won´t be paid ( I have no scripts or anything against FB TOS to get my page banned.)
IMPORTANT:
*Proof of prior work will be advantageous, esp. with references.
* Fans must be added within 10 days
* You will be paid 2 weeks after you are done just to see that fans are real and not disappearing..
* Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for.
* Please use only good practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted.
When bidding please include:
* Price - I am looking between 30 - 60 USD
* Accurate date of delivery
* URLS with examples of previous Facebook fan page work
