Two Research Projects

Hey I'm a musician in Vancouver BC Canada.
I own a small music school and play in bands around Vancouver. I'm looking for a freelancer to help me research my next target market for my business. For the music school, I'm looking to contact all high school music teachers in the area. For the bands, I'm looking to contact all event coordinators in the area. Depending on the results of this marketing campaign, there will likely be follow up work involved as our target market expands.

I have 2 research projects I would like to hire for:
1. Research and create a data spreadsheet of all the high school music teachers in North Vancouver and Vancouver. (band teachers, choir teachers, etc. *no strings teachers.)
2. Research and create a data spreadsheet of all the event coordinators in the Greater Vancouver area
Compensation depending on experience.
I believe the best steps to getting this info would be in parts :
A) research resources for this info
B) create an estimate for the remaining work
C) upon estimate approval, complete remaining work
All steps paid.
