Need some automations in office using Barcode scanners

Need Excel/Google Sheet based functionalities in my office to use Barcodes.
1. Attendance System. Where employee can scan his phone or ID Card with barcode during time in and timeout and it generates attendance with hours worked by end of month.
2. Inventory management : Where we add excel on that is to be checked and scan barcodes of Airway bill numbers and it tells after scanning how many are done how may are pending how many are duplicates.
