Excel Inventory Management

So, on the 15th November 2023 (yesterday), I counted the stock quantity, sizes and colours that we already have at only 1 site. So, I want something on Excel that we can keep this information already.
Then
I want a tracker that will see the stock that we have coming in and out each day (however, the stock coming in will usually be the same as stock coming out as we will only order the stock if someone needs it, so 1 stock in should be 1 stock out the next day, if that makes sense?)
I want the stock in to be with the quantity, size, colour, sku code, and the date too.
Then the balance stock will see the difference between the stock in and out on each day.
That 'minimum number of stock to be kept' column should be equal to 2 instead of 1, as we always want at least 2 of each item just incase for any emergencies.
Then, the admin suggestion column next to that one, should be where the cell should be named 'Admin suggestion' if the balance stock falls below 2 (the minimum number of stock). That cell should also be highlighted in yellow.
