Excel File: Inventory Stock Image Reconciliation File

Looking to have a excel file look at 2 datasets and compare all the movements by day, and then check the stock levels, If there is a variance, I would expect the file to produce the movements that don't have any reconciliation between the data sets and flag to the user to check.
Would like it to be macro where it currently takes a user 2hours per day to do this task.
