Excel diagram for video watch statistic

I am currently facing a challenge to build a specific diagram out from some data that I have prepared in Excel:
I have some video data available about the watch time of a video. Now I would like build a diagram that shows for how many seconds users watched that video. An example of such a graphic is attached to this request (see file [login to view URL]).
In this diagram you can see at what time users left / stopped the video.
I have the following data available:
- Total video length: 20 seconds
- seconds watched per video session
- percentage watched per video session
attached you can find my data file.
Again, total length of the video was 20 seconds.
I am trying to figure out how I can build such a diagram with these available data in Excel.
