Hello,
We are a printer repairing company. We want to create a small database which will have following fields.
Date, Client's Name, Printer Model, Serial No, Parts, Engineer & page count. Whenever we change a part in a printer, we want to record it in this database. So in future i can take a report on printer & serial number wise or client wise [url removed, login to view] entry form should be simple & for non IT skilled people. I should be able to take reports by choosing any combinations of fields. All printers belongs to us, we give them on rental basis to client. So a printer can go to different clients. So when i choose entry for client it should show only printers which belongs to that client at that time. I shold be able to create masters. Probably in printer master we can link each printer to a particular client.
It should be Network ready & Multiple users can do entry simultaneously. Any setup required on my computer should be defined. I would prefer web base entry as front end.
