I need someone to upload and manage my campaigns but must be someone who is an expert at building out QM attributes and good technical and admin wise to keep my campaigns active, and keep me updated on opens, no activity etc. I"m paying top dollar - but you must be expert. Have to demonstrate to me immediate proficiency.
