We are a company called Fast Forward Holdings, specialized in email marketing services. We have an email database of around 50,000 email addresses. Looking for a software to send emails to the database we manage.
Below requirements need to be fulfilled and mentioned features should be available:
- Uploading/importing of email addresses (from excel format) to different lists.
- Creating email campaigns
- Image embedding (inline images)/uploading images to the body of the email as an attachment.
- Embedding a URL link with the image
- Sending test emails
- Scheduling the campaigns/Send now option
- Manage campaigns (such as re-sending/editing/etc)
- Select sender name & sender email address for different campaigns
- Select reply-to email address for different campaigns
- Campaign reports such as sent emails, opened emails, clicked emails, unsubscribed emails, etc
- Automatically remove the subscriptions and bounce emails
- Including an "subscription link" to opt-out recipients from receiving emails
You should:
- Provide the email sending software
- Integration of the email sending software with the sender server
- Integration of IP addresses with the server
- Integrate the sender domain and manage the domains
- All the technical requirements need to be fulfilled
We provide:
- Server facilities as per your requirement
- Sender domain email address
- Dedicated IPs if required
