I want to measure a resistance value(changing continuously) from a strain gauge. So obviously I would need a voltage source and will be measuring voltage values. Now I want to transfer these voltage values continously and wirelessly to a laptop/mobile. The circuit elements shall include arduino uno(preferably arduino nano), a bluetooth module and small batteries as the strain gauge will be present on a rotating shaft(that's why wireless). I also want to mount some kind of photo sensor on the shaft which can tell it's angular position(after calibrating the zero) and thus time passed at a certain angular position.
