Modern/Artistic iPhone Dock

We would like to select designers to mock up designs for an iPhone/iPod dock that looks modern and artistic, but is also very functional. Unlike other docks, this dock connects to the audio/mic of a computer and a phone headset jack. It allows a user to plug in their headphones directly into the dock and switch between listening to the computer, iPhone, and land-line/VIOP phone handset. The dock also has a mirror (or mirrored surface) so that people can see when co-workers from behind.
As a Phase 1, please submit your ideas, we will select one (or more) winners to mock up the designs in more detail. For Phase 2, we will select from these to fully draft the design. Submitted ideas in the form of draft mockups may have a greater likelihood of being chosen. Whatever you submit, please make sure to address all the requirements in the attached doc.
