Word Doc Needs Formatting Clean-Up

The attached word doc needs to be "cleaned -up" so that there are no excessive gaps, and in particular, no necessary carriage returns at the end of sentences... I want the text in this word doc to "flow" as it would naturally... carriage returns should only be present at the end of paragraphs... not at the end of sentences.
