Microsoft Flow Rule - OCR Scan of Incoming Invoices, add the information in Sharepoint List - Powershell -- 2

We need someone who adjust our Sharepoint Flow.

1. The extraction of the data from the forms is not working for all invoices

2. We´re receiving no error email to buchhaltung@[login to view URL] if something went wrong with the extraction of the data.

3. No date is extracting of the invoices

Explanation:

All invoices are going automatically to documents – “Eingangsrechnungen / Incoming Incoming Invoices” in here every year has an separate folder: 2014,2015,2016,2017,2018,2019,2020

We would like to splitt the Flow, because the flow should extraction the data of all documents when they stored under Sharepoint Buchhaltung – Eingangsrechnung – 2018 and 2019 and we need to add each new year an new folder.

For that I think it´s better so split the flow.

1. Flow - Grap and store the attachment form the incoming email with subject – invoice/invoices/Rechnungen/Rechnung and store this attachment under Sharepoint Buchhaltung – Eingangsrechnung - 2019

2. Flow – When the Documents under Buchhaltung / Eingangsrechnung / 2014,2015,2016,2017,2018,2019,2020 are changed – scan this document and extraction the data of all documents as following:

Rechnungsnummer/Invoicenumber – Firma/Companyname – Adresse/address – Datum/Date of Invoice – Verwenungszweck/Invoicenumber – Nettobetrag/Net Amound – MwSt./Tax – Bruttobetrag/Total Amount

If the document wasn’t able to scan – we need an error message to buchhaltung@[login to view URL] subject: Error of Scan Invoice and name of attachment.

Sharepoint List: Eingangsrechnung / Ausgangsrechnung: - see attachment

We would like to have all lines added together. We also need a custom search / filter function in which we enter the year, e.g. 2018 and we will only see the result of 2018.
